Privacy policy

At EPICO, we prefer confetti to trackers. This policy explains what data we collect, why and for how long, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018.
Who is responsible for your data?

Ticket purchases are handled by our ticketing partner, which acts as a separate controller for payment and order data: please check its own privacy policy.
Cookies
This website sets no non-essential cookies by default. Audience measurement is cookieless. If advertising cookies (Meta) are enabled, they are only set after your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.
Processors
We work with service providers that process data on our behalf, under contractual safeguards compliant with the GDPR:
- The hosting provider (details in the legal notice) — server that hosts and delivers the website.
- Brevo (France) — newsletter and email delivery, data hosted in the European Union.
- Plausible Analytics (Estonia) — cookieless visitor statistics, hosted in the EU.
Retention
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Contact messages and VIP requests: 24 months after the last exchange.
- Party photos: as long as they remain relevant to communication about the event, unless you object.
Your rights
You can at any time request access to, rectification, erasure or portability of your data, object to or request the restriction of processing, and withdraw your consent. Just email [email protected]; we reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
