Terms of sale

These terms apply to the purchase of tickets and the booking of VIP tables for events organised by EPICO. By buying a ticket, you accept them without reservation.

1. Buying tickets

Tickets are sold exclusively through our official ticketing partner, reachable from the “Buy” buttons on this website. The ticketing partner’s terms also apply to payment and ticket issuance. Prices are shown in euros, VAT included; any service fees are displayed before payment.

A ticket bought from an unofficial reseller may be invalid: in that case EPICO cannot guarantee entry.

2. No right of withdrawal

Under Article VI.53, 12° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date. Tickets can therefore neither be exchanged nor refunded, except in the cases set out in section 3.

3. Cancellation or postponement

• Cancellation: if EPICO cancels an event, the ticket price is refunded in full to the original payment method within 30 days.
• Postponement: if an event is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
• Minor programme changes (running order, replacement of an artist) do not entitle you to a refund.

4. Admission

• Entry is restricted to people aged 18 and over. An official photo ID is required at the door.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove, anyone whose behaviour or clothing endangers safety or the smooth running of the night, without refund.
• Security checks (bag checks, pat-downs) may take place at the entrance.
• Once you leave, you cannot re-enter unless stated otherwise.

5. VIP tables

A VIP booking is confirmed by email once approved by our team. It involves a minimum spend, communicated with the confirmation. A table left unoccupied at 1 am may be released and reassigned without refund of any deposit.

6. Image and filming

Photos and videos are taken during events and may be used to promote them. You can request the removal of any image in which you appear by writing to [email protected].

7. Liability

EPICO is not liable for the loss or theft of personal belongings. A cloakroom is available on site. Guests are liable for any damage they cause.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, you may contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumerombudsman.be). The courts of Brussels have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
