Tickets
Are tickets sold at the door?
Sometimes, subject to availability and at a higher price. Most of our parties sell out beforehand: book online to be sure you get in.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bancontact, Payconiq, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is fully secure and your ticket arrives by email within a minute.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the party is cancelled, in which case you're refunded automatically to your original payment method. You can, however, resell your ticket through the ticketing partner's official exchange.
Where can I buy tickets?
Only on this website and through our official ticketing partner, using the 'Buy' buttons on each party page. Beware of resales on social media: a ticket bought elsewhere may be invalid.
Entry & safety
Is there a dress code?
No strict dress code, but every party has a theme: costumes for Halloween, sequins for New Year's Eve, feathers for carnival… Our door team may refuse entry for inappropriate clothing or behaviour.
Which items are forbidden?
Weapons (including realistic replicas), illegal substances, outside drinks, fireworks, glass bottles and selfie sticks. Bag checks take place at the entrance.
What's the minimum age?
18, no exceptions. An official photo ID (ID card, passport or residence permit) is required at the door.
What if I don't feel safe?
Our welcome and security team is there all night. Harassment, feeling unwell or any other problem: talk to a staff member or the bar and we'll step in right away.
VIP & tables
How do I book a VIP table?
Pick your table on the VIP page floor plan and send your request: our team confirms availability and your package by email within 24 hours.
What's included with a VIP table?
A table reserved all night, priority entry, dedicated service and the bottles of your chosen package, delivered with sparklers. The minimum spend depends on the party and the location.
Accessibility
Does a companion of a disabled guest have to pay?
No: on presentation of a disability card (or companion card), the companion gets in free. Write to us before the party so we can organise your visit.
Are the venues wheelchair accessible?
We favour step-free venues with accessible toilets. Let us know through the contact form before the party and we'll arrange easy access and a clear space for you.

Sign up for the newsletter: you'll get dates and presales before anyone else, with no more than one email per party.
Might I appear in the photos?
Our photographers cover every party and the photos are published in the gallery and on our social channels. If you'd like a photo of you removed, write to us and we'll take it down quickly.
